Returns
If an item is damaged on delivery, then you will have to take it up with
the delivery company and or store.
If an item becomes
damaged or bows after assembly, then it is up to the individual to arrange for a return of the item to the supplier. We will
be happy to reassemble any item for a small charge.
We
are not liable for faulty goods in anyway.
Payment
Terms
Payments accepted - cash
/ cheque / bank transfer
Payment is made on completion. No upfront payments.
If requiring bank transfer please let
us know and we will give you account details.
If
for any reason you are unable to pay for the assembly work then there will be charges per day for non-payment.
For cheques, there is a 7day clearing condition. If the payment hasn't cleared within 7days then
a charge of 10% (of total value of assembly) will be charged per day. If after 14days the payment hasn't been received
then the matter will be taken to the small claims court.
All items are assembled on the day.
There
is a 30day assembly guarantee on all items assembled by us. Unless it is a fault with the it em, please see the
returns policy for more information.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel free of charge up to 24hours before
assembly is due.
Inside 24hours of delivery there is a 25% charge
of the total cost of services, made payable via cheque, bank transfer.
Privacy Policy
Any information given to us over the phone or online
will be used for your single transaction with us. Your details will never be passed on to any third-party, survey groups
or marketing schemes.
