Returns
If you decide you don’t want an item you have ordered, then you have 7 days to decide not to keep it.
(item/s have to be unopened, unassembled and with the receipt). The unwanted item will be returned by us with a
charge duplicating the same as the delivery cost.
A refund will be given once goods have be returned.
If an item is damaged on delivery, then we will replace it and deliver a replacement within one week (if in
stock). No charge.
If an item becomes damaged or bows
after assembly, then it is up to the individual to arrange for a return of the item to the supplier. We will be happy to return
the goods at a cost of £25. (Receipt needed).
We
are not liable for faulty goods in anyway.
Payment
Terms
Payments accepted - cash
/ cheque / bank transfer
Payment is made on delivery. No upfront payments. For
orders over £1000 then a deposit of 20% of your order is required via cheque or bank transfer before delivery is
made.
If requiring bank transfer please
let us know and we will give you account details.
If
for any reason you are unable to pay for the goods then we will hold the goods until you are able to pay for them. A
charge of £10 will also be incurred for redelivery.
For cheques, there
is a 7day clearing condition. If the payment hasn't cleared within 7days then a charge of 5% (of total value of delivery)
will be charged per day. If after 14days the payment hasn't been received then the matter will be taken to the small claims
court.
Delivery Attempts
We will make a total of three attempts to
go to Ikea for your goods - (only if it is out of stock). If on the third attempt (which happens approximately 7-9
days later) your item/s are still out of stock then we will consult you about what action you want to take - whether
you still want the goods etc.
If
you are not in, to receive the delivery at the agreed time, an extra £10 will be added to your delivery bill.
If you no longer want the goods on delivery then a return charge of an additional
£10 will be applied to the total of the delivery cost.
Assembly Terms
All items are assembled on the day of delivery.
There is a 30day
assembly guarantee on all items assembled by us.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel free of charge upto 24hours before
delivery is made.
Inside 24hours of
delivery there is a 25% charge of the total cost of services, made payable via cheque, Cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit
card over the phone.
Privacy Policy
Any information given to us over the phone or online will be used for your single transaction with us. Your details will
never be passed on to any third-party, survey groups or marketing schemes.
